The Dashboard in Splashtop’s Web Console

The Dashboard provides quick insights on your devices with an installed Streamer.

Monitor all your device counts by:

  • Online/Offline status
  • OS type, version, or build

Monitor configuration changes and threats with:

Leverage the Dashboard to always have a clear view of all your devices and check their health in seconds.

If you don’t have access to the Dashboard, check your role (All admins except Group Admins) and license/team type (SOS with unattended computers, Remote Support, and Enterprise Technician).

Requirements

To see the Dashboard, you need:

License/team type: either SOS with unattended computers, Remote Support, or Enterprise Technician

Role: either Owner, Super Admin, or Admin (not Group Admin)

About Dashboard Widgets

Use Dashboard Widgets to see information about your devices.

OS Overview

View device counts by OS type, version, and build. Click for device lists and details.

Software Patch Overview [Requires AEM addon]

View software patch status. Click for breakdowns by computer and software.

Endpoint Security Overview [Requires AEM addon]

View antivirus status and threats. Click for computer lists and details.

Monitoring & Management [Requires AEM addon]

View alerts, threats, and Windows updates. Click for computer lists and details.

Splashtop Antivirus Overview [Requires AEM addon]

View Splashtop Antivirus threat counts, virus definitions, and remediation actions.

Scheduled 1-to-Many Tasks [Requires AEM addon]

View upcoming and executed 1-to-Many tasks.

Customize View
  1. Hide widgets you don't want to see: Click the top right "..." and select "Hide".
  2. Unhide widgets: Click the top right gear icon.
  3. Reorder widgets: Drag and drop widgets to rearrange them.
  4. View details: Mouse over data for tooltips.

How to Use

Use the Group Filter

Click and choose from the Groups dropdown on the right. This filters your Dashboard only to show information for that specific group.

Use the Computers Overview Widget

  1. Click any of the top five OS tiles. This filters the lists in the tabs below.
  2. In a tab, click a row. This brings you to the list of those computers.

Use the Software Patch Overview [Requires AEM addon]

Click status numbers. This brings you to the list of patches at that status.

Use the Endpoint Security Overview [Requires AEM addon]

Click status numbers. This brings you to a list of endpoints with matching statuses.

Use the Monitoring & Management Widget [Requires AEM addon]

Click numbers. This brings you to a list of endpoints with matching statuses.
